Conversations with Leone

Leone answers public product questions on the OMD website. You can ask follow-up questions and continue the conversation. Requests such as "Can you make that shorter?" keep the current product topic; greetings and thanks get brief conversational replies. Its question allowance is up to 30 per minute and 200 per day, shared by visitors using the same internet connection. If you reach it, answers may pause temporarily. Leone does not know private account details and asks for clarification when public information is missing.

Start with One More Day

One More Day turns real habits into a consistency game. Create an account, choose your avatar and add a mission with a metric, target and schedule. Record activity or connect a supported source, then check your progress, HP and XP on Home. Start with one achievable mission and add others when ready. The browser arcade is a separate game and does not record real exercise.

Missions

Choose from Run, Cycling, Steps, Gym, HYROX, Calisthenics, Kettle, Diet, i.fasting, Meditation and Sleep, plus Others/custom. Mission Plan is the execution area for the chosen plan and its tracking. Custom Plan separates My Custom routines from My Coach assignments; review pending invitations in My Coach. AI Plan lists generated plans. Review a library item, then choose “Use in the selected Mission Plan” before executing it. Browsing does not record progress or change the mission's canonical target or HP rules. Changed coach plans must be refreshed before execution. Screens and plans depend on app version and account access. Walking counts through Steps or Conquer. Hydration, Yoga, Pilates and Somatic are not separate named missions; use Others for a suitable custom habit.

Gym workouts

Open Gym to build a workout or use an assigned plan. Choose exercises, log sets with reps and weight, then finish the session to save it in history. Workouts can span multiple days. A coach invitation and an assigned workout have their own acceptance and completion states; receiving either does not mean the workout was completed.

HYROX missions and training

HYROX has separate HYROX Plan, Custom Plan and AI Plan sections. Mission Plan is for execution; Custom Plan holds personal routines and accepted coach assignments, while AI Plan lists generated workouts and programs. Review a library item, then choose “Use in HYROX Plan” before executing it. A selected standalone AI workout stays previewable off-date without changing its saved date or status; recurring and multi-day plans follow their schedule. Gym-shared exercise cards show available media, instructions, sets, reps, time or distance, and rest. Start Workout opens the saved session in the shared player; active or paused workouts retain progress, and completed workouts open their record. ChatGPT saves executable workouts in AI Plan; prose alone is not a workout. OMD examples are not official HYROX programming. Availability depends on app version and account access.

Diet and fasting

Diet lets you log meals and review calories and macros. Entry methods include photos, barcodes, descriptions and recipes, depending on plan and version. Review estimates and portions before saving. i.fasting is a separate mission for your chosen fasting window. These tools track the goals you choose; they do not replace professional advice.

HP, XP and streaks

HP is a game score. Weekly day-based missions use completed days divided by the weekly target from day one: 0/3 gives 0%; 1/4 gives 25%. Multiple logs on one local day count as one day. OMD and connected-AI missions, including ChatGPT, follow the same rules. Cards and the HP breakdown use the same current score, which contributes to total HP; known progress is not held at 100% just because a mission is new. Missing data is handled separately from a confirmed zero. Live progress does not finalize a missed-day penalty before the scheduled day closes. Checkpoints follow the saved metric, target and schedule; a rest day is not a missed goal. XP, levels and streaks track continued effort.

Coins

OMD coins are in-app rewards. Open the wallet from Home to see your balance, available coins and coins committed to a challenge. Read a challenge's terms before accepting: entry can reserve coins until it ends. Coins are not presented as withdrawable cash. Browser arcade coins are separate and do not transfer to the app wallet.

Conquer territory

Start an eligible Conquer walk, run or ride, complete it and save the session. A saved route that meets the requirements can claim territory; check the map afterward. An ordinary outdoor activity does not automatically claim territory. Walking is represented through Steps and Conquer rather than a separate Walking mission.

Challenges and teams

Challenges let members share a goal and follow rankings. Review the mode, dates and any coin commitment before accepting. Teams and squads gather members around shared progress. Ordinary challenges and Teams do not require Coach Pro. Coach-client access is separate and requires an accepted invitation and the client's sharing choices.

D-AI and Leone

D-AI is the personal assistant inside OMD+. Choose the OMD context it can use and review the memory controls. Core missions and manual tracking remain free. In Settings > Integrations, choose a supported service, complete its connection steps and confirm the status when you return. Guidance covers Apple Health, Apple Watch through HealthKit, Strava and WHOOP where supported. Availability depends on device, provider and account. A listed service does not mean your account is connected; manual logging remains available.

Coach Pro

Coach Pro is the workspace for coaches: invite a client and wait for acceptance, then use the website Coach portal for supported client tools, including multi-day Gym workouts. In mobile app versions that include native mission plans, eligible coaches can also create plans for 12 mission types and assign them to selected accepted clients after an explicit review. Each client receives a pending invitation and must accept it in their own account; assignment does not count as acceptance or completion. Coach connections can be accepted with Free Player; accepting native mission plans requires eligible premium access. Clients choose what to share. Website and in-app capabilities may differ. Availability depends on app version, Coach Pro access, the accepted connection and sharing permissions.

Coach Business and Stripe

Coach Pro's Business area helps organize client payments and subscriptions. Its Stripe integration supports connecting a coach's payment account, payment links and payment activity when enabled. Check the connection and availability shown in Business before offering online payments. A Coach Pro subscription alone does not activate Stripe or confirm that a client has paid.

Coach and nutrition

Clients can record meals, calories, macros and fasting, and discuss shared information with their coach. The public Coach website guide documents structured Gym workout assignment. In the mobile app version that includes native mission plans, eligible Coach Pro coaches can also create and assign a coach-authored Diet plan; clients receive a pending invitation and must accept it in their own account. This in-app flow does not establish Diet assignment availability on the website. Availability depends on app version, Coach Pro access, the accepted connection and sharing permissions.

OMD Creators

Apply at /creators with your OMD account and a verified email. Applications receive human review. If selected, accept the program conditions; final approval unlocks 30 days of promotional Coach access without a card. Each cycle calls for 2 Reels or carousels and 4 stories. Renewal requires content evidence and another review; it is not automatic. Selection alone does not activate Coach access; check your application portal for your status and next step. This guide does not confirm an exact minimum follower count.

Browser arcade

Open Play OMD Game, choose Leone or Dione and follow the controls. Running, Cycling, HYROX, Calisthenics, Kettlebells and Diet have different challenges; Diet includes Apple Chase and a calorie quiz. Browser play is a separate game: it does not measure real exercise or transfer its coins to the app wallet. Its circuits are not certified routes or event registrations.
