A coach can invite clients, assign workouts or challenges, and follow completion without splitting the work across spreadsheets and message threads.

The client experience

Clients keep the normal OneMoreDay experience. They complete missions and workouts, earn XP, reach levels, and see their effort reflected through their avatar. Free Player members can accept a coach invitation and complete assigned work.

Coach Pro can bring invited clients together around shared goals and challenges, helping individual routines feel like team progress.
