Coach Pro gives trainers one place to organize client accountability inside the same game their clients use for missions, workouts, challenges, and progress.

One shared workspace

A coach can create a team, invite clients, build and assign multi-day workouts, and follow acceptance and completion without splitting the work across spreadsheets and message threads. Each assignment can include exercises, sets, reps, weights, due dates, and notes.

The client experience

Clients keep the normal One More Day experience. They complete missions and workouts, earn XP, reach levels, and see their effort reflected through their avatar. Free Player members can accept a coach invitation and complete assigned work.

Coach Pro can bring invited clients together around shared goals and challenges, helping individual routines feel like team progress.

Follow through in the same app

Coaches can see whether assigned work was accepted and completed, see visible game progress such as HP and level, and message connected users directly. The plan, the accountability signal, and the conversation stay together.

Food guidance today

Clients can use meal, calorie, macro, recipe, and fasting tools, and coaches can discuss those logs through direct messages. A dedicated coach-to-client diet-plan assignment workflow is not a current website promise; structured workout assignment is the verified Coach Pro workflow today.
