OneMoreDay is provided by THE AIGNC L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates ("OneMoreDay", "we", "us", or "our"), which is the data controller. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the OneMoreDay mobile app, website, and related services. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information: email address (or Apple or Google sign-in), username, display name, date of birth or age, avatar, authentication identifiers, settings, notification tokens, and subscription access level.
- Health, goals, and wellness information (sensitive): goals, workouts, runs, steps, meals, sleep, heart rate, hydration, body measurements, progress, and other information you log, plus data you authorize us to receive from Apple Health, Strava, WHOOP, Garmin, Google Health, or other integrations.
- Photos and AI inputs (sensitive): your avatar photo (a photo of your face), meal photos, body-scan photos, lab reports you attach, wake-up photos, voice questions, and the text you send to D-AI, together with the results.
- Location and route information (sensitive): precise or approximate location, route, distance, and territory data when you enable a location-based workout or map feature.
- Social and coaching information: friends, followers, squads, challenges, shared posts, reactions, coach relationships, assigned workouts, and messages you choose to share.
- Purchase information: product, entitlement, renewal, and expiration status. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your payment-card number.
- Website and waitlist: if you join the waitlist, your email, device choice, the page you came from, and your country (derived from your IP address). Our website uses a Meta advertising pixel (see "Cookies and advertising").
- Service information: app version, language, diagnostic and security logs, and records of AI requests needed to operate and secure the service.
Sensitive data
Health data, face and body photos, and precise location are sensitive. By using the features that handle them, you instruct and approve their processing as described here and in the Terms of Service. You can skip optional features, disconnect integrations, and turn location features off, and some features will then be unavailable.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and secure your account;
- operate goals, streaks, rewards, challenges, maps, and coaching;
- personalize workouts, nutrition, avatars, missions, and AI results;
- verify activity from devices and connected services;
- process and restore subscription access;
- send requested reminders, service messages, and notifications;
- detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability; and
- comply with law and protect users, OneMoreDay, and others.
Our legal bases are your consent (including by using a feature you choose), performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in security and improvement, and legal obligations. We do not use your content to train our own AI models, and we do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
AI-powered features and who processes your data
When you use an AI-powered feature, the text, image, audio, or relevant context needed for it is sent to these service providers, which process it for us under their own terms and our agreements:
- Anthropic (Claude): questions you submit to the website product-help assistant, together with relevant public OneMoreDay guides. This assistant has no access to your OMD account or health records. Do not include private information in a question. Vercel and Cloudflare process these requests to provide the service. The help service stores request counters and a keyed hash of your IP address to enforce usage limits, but does not store questions or answers in its application database. Provider processing remains subject to the providers' terms and privacy policies.
- OpenAI: your avatar photo, to generate your avatar image. If you connect ChatGPT through OMD Link, ChatGPT can read only the categories you allow.
- Google (Gemini): your avatar photo may also be sent to detect body style for your avatar.
- OpenRouter, which routes to models from OpenAI and Google: your messages to D-AI; a summary of your health and activity data, including data from WHOOP, Strava, or Apple Health if you have connected them; meal photos; body-scan photos; lab reports you attach; and voice questions. These power coaching, meal and body estimates, and transcription.
AI results are informational and can be wrong. They are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional care.
Health data
Health and fitness permissions are optional and can be changed in your device settings. We use connected health data to provide and improve the health, fitness, and wellness features you request, including the personalized answers of D-AI. We do not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising.
When we share information
We share information only as needed with:
- the AI providers listed above, and infrastructure providers: Supabase (database; Singapore region), Render (API hosting), Cloudflare R2 and Bunny (media storage and delivery), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend and Gmail (email), Expo (push notifications), Mapbox (maps), Apple (purchases and Sign in with Apple), Google (Sign in with Google), and an internal messaging tool that alerts us to new waitlist sign-ups;
- connected services you authorize, and coaches, friends, or communities when you choose to share with them (your profile and avatar are shown to other members according to your settings);
- Meta, for advertising measurement through the website pixel, as described below;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm; and
- a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our marketing. Meta may receive browser and event information when the pixel loads. If we detect that you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we load the pixel only after you press Accept. Everywhere else it loads automatically. You can control advertising preferences through your Meta account settings and browser controls. We do not use advertising pixels inside the app.
International processing
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our providers process information in the United States, Singapore, and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from yours. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers, and by using the Service you approve these transfers.
Retention and security
- Account, health, and activity data: until you delete your account.
- Avatar photo and avatar images: kept with your avatar until you delete your account or ask us to delete them (see below).
- Meal photos: stored only if you choose to save them, and shared through links that expire after 7 days; they are deleted when you delete the meal.
- Body-scan photos and lab reports: used to produce your result, which we keep; we do not intend to keep the photos or the report after processing.
- Chats with D-AI: until you delete them or your account.
- Waitlist email: until the app launches and a reasonable period afterwards, or until you unsubscribe.
Deleting your account in the app removes your account data and automatically deletes the files stored for you (avatars, including the photo you used to create one, story media, meal photos, run snapshots, and premium avatar assets) from our storage providers, and revokes the access grants you gave to Strava, WHOOP, Garmin, and Google Health. A follow-up cleanup runs about two hours later for uploads that were in progress. If you use Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using it in iOS Settings. For anything else, write to us at support@theaignc.com; we process verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required by law or for security and backup records. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of stored integration tokens, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can change app permissions and privacy settings, disconnect supported integrations, and delete content where the app provides those controls. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights; we reply within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law or for security.
Adults only
OneMoreDay is for people 18 and over (see the Terms of Service). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor is using the service, contact us.
Not medical advice
OneMoreDay is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. See the Terms of Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
