Privacy Policy

OneMoreDay is provided by THE AIGNC L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates ("OneMoreDay", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the OneMoreDay mobile app, website, and related services.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile information: email address, username, display name, avatar, authentication identifiers, settings, and subscription access level.
  • Goals, activity, and wellness information: goals, workouts, runs, meals, sleep, hydration, body measurements, progress, and other information you choose to log.
  • Photos, media, and AI inputs: images and prompts you submit for meal, skin, body, avatar, mission, or other AI-powered features, together with the generated results.
  • Location and route information: precise location, route, distance, and territory data when you enable a location-based workout or map feature.
  • Social and coaching information: friends, squads, challenges, shared posts, reactions, trainer relationships, assigned workouts, and messages or feedback you choose to share.
  • Device and service information: device type, app version, language, diagnostic logs, security events, notification tokens, and feature usage needed to operate and improve the service.
  • Connected-service information: data you authorize us to receive from services such as Apple Health, Strava, WHOOP, or other fitness and health integrations.
  • Purchase information: product, entitlement, renewal, and expiration status. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and secure your account;
  • operate goals, streaks, rewards, challenges, maps, and coaching;
  • personalize workouts, nutrition, avatars, missions, and AI results;
  • verify activity from devices and connected services;
  • process and restore subscription access;
  • send requested reminders, service messages, and notifications;
  • detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability; and
  • comply with law and protect users, OneMoreDay, and others.

AI-powered features

When you choose an AI-powered feature, the text, image, or relevant context required for that feature may be sent to an AI service provider to produce the requested analysis or content. Do not submit information you do not want processed for that purpose. AI results are informational and are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional care.

Health data

Health and fitness permissions are optional and can be changed in your device settings. We use connected health data only to provide and improve health, fitness, and wellness features you request. We do not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising.

When we share information

We share information only as needed with:

  • vendors that provide hosting, databases, storage, maps, analytics, notifications, AI processing, subscriptions, authentication, and customer support;
  • connected services you authorize and coaches, friends, or communities when you choose to share with them;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm; and
  • a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account and features, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and keep appropriate backup records. Retention varies by data type. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can change app permissions and privacy settings, disconnect supported integrations, and delete content where the app provides those controls. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law or for security.

International processing

OneMoreDay and its providers may process information in the United Arab Emirates and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

Children

OneMoreDay is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
