Terms of Service

OneMoreDay is provided by THE AIGNC L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates ("OneMoreDay", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply when you use the OneMoreDay mobile app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Wellness, not medical advice
OneMoreDay is a general wellness and fitness product. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Missions, scores, insights, and any AI-generated suggestions are for general wellness and motivation only, and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing exercise, diet, fasting, sleep, or supplementation, and particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Health data and connected services
You may choose to connect third-party sources such as Apple Health, Apple Watch, WHOOP, or Strava. Connecting a source is optional, you control what you connect, and you may disconnect it at any time. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Where a provider is unavailable, rate limited, or returns incomplete data, parts of the Service may be delayed or incomplete.

Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. On mobile, subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple's terms govern that purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices and plan contents may change; we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription where required.
OMD Coins, missions, and challenges
The Service includes virtual items such as XP, missions, streaks, and OMD Coins. These are a licensed part of the Service for use inside OneMoreDay only. They have no monetary value, are not currency or property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service.
Challenges may involve committing OMD Coins to a pool that settles to participants according to the challenge rules. Results depend on activity data, which can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact. We may adjust, re-score, reverse, or void a result and any associated coins where a result was produced by an error, a data or provider failure, or conduct that breaks these terms. We may change or discontinue virtual items at any time.
AI-powered features
Some features use AI to interpret what you submit, such as meal photos or written descriptions, and to generate images, plans, or summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, including nutrition estimates. Treat it as an estimate and use your judgment. Do not rely on it where accuracy matters to your health or safety.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as photos, logs, and profile information. You grant us a licence to host, store, reproduce, and adapt that content strictly as needed to operate and improve the Service, including generating your avatar and mission assets and sharing content you choose to share. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, manipulated, or automated activity data, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage in challenges, rankings, streaks, or rewards;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or infringe the rights of other members;
- attempt to access another account, disrupt the Service, bypass security or rate limits, or scrape it at scale;
- reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove parts of the Service. We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an as-is basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes access to your history and to any virtual items, which are not refundable. We may suspend or end access where you break these terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect members or the Service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. You use the Service, and take part in physical activity, at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence, those rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated terms here and revise the date above, and provide additional notice where required by law. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
