Goals
Give breathing, meditation, sleep, and recovery a place in the game
One More Day treats recovery behaviors as real progress. Meditation, breathing, mindfulness, sleep, and hydration can become missions and earn the same kind of visible game feedback as a workout, without claiming to diagnose or treat stress.
01 / WHY ONE MORE DAY
Because the result is built on ordinary days.
Recovery is easy to postpone because it often has no visible finish line. A short breathing or mindfulness session can feel less concrete than a run, even when it is the more appropriate action that day. Turning it into a mission makes the action visible and countable.
The value is integration. Calmer practices can sit beside sleep, hydration, food, and exercise rather than in a separate app that only appears during a crisis. XP, streaks, and avatar progress acknowledge the action; they do not turn a wellness habit into a medical stress score.
02 / HOW IT FITS
A clear loop from intention to evidence.
- 01
Choose the recovery action
Create a meditation, breathing, mindfulness, sleep, hydration, or quiet-reset mission that fits the day.
- 02
Keep the target realistic
Use a duration or completion target that can be repeated without creating another source of pressure.
- 03
Complete and record
Let the mission contribute to the same XP, streak, history, and avatar system as movement and training.
- 04
Use context carefully
OMD+ may add coaching context from logged activity and connected data, but the output remains informational rather than diagnostic.
03 / CAPABILITY MAP
What One More Day can support.
- Meditation, breathing, and mindfulness sessions as missions
- Sleep, hydration, and recovery habits in the same routine
- XP, levels, streaks, badges, and avatar feedback
- Optional connected health context from currently supported sources
- Solo routines or optional social accountability
04 / HONEST BOUNDARIES
What this page does not promise.
- One More Day does not diagnose stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, or any medical condition.
- It is not an emergency, therapy, or crisis-support service.
- Connected metrics and AI context should not replace qualified clinical assessment.
05 / QUESTIONS
Common questions about this use case.
01Is One More Day a meditation app?+
Meditation, breathing, and mindfulness are supported mission types, but they sit inside a broader health and fitness game rather than a meditation-only product.
02Does One More Day monitor stress?+
The app can organize recovery habits and use connected health context in supported features, but it does not claim to provide a medical stress diagnosis or a guaranteed stress score.
03Can a rest-day action still earn progress?+
Yes. Sleep, hydration, meditation, breathing, and mindfulness missions can contribute to game progress alongside workouts.
