Add a game layer to the health data you already choose to collect

One More Day currently names four supported optional connections: Apple Health, Apple Watch through Apple Health and HealthKit, WHOOP, and Strava. The app adds missions, avatar accountability, challenges, and coaching context around selected data; it does not replace or claim affiliation with those services.

01 / WHY ONE MORE DAY

Because the result is built on ordinary days.

A wearable can collect useful signals without making the next action obvious. One More Day is designed to give chosen data a role inside missions and the wider health game so a recorded activity can contribute to progress rather than ending as another chart.

Manual use remains important. A wearable is not required, and supported connections are optional. Garmin, Oura, Google Fit, Health Connect, and Fitbit are described by the existing product materials as planned rather than currently available, so this page does not present them as working integrations.

02 / HOW IT FITS

A clear loop from intention to evidence.

  1. 01

    Choose whether to connect

Use the core game manually or authorize only the currently supported service and permissions you want.

  2. 02

    Bring in relevant context

Let selected activity or health information sit beside missions, workouts, recovery, and progress.

  3. 03

    Use the added game layer

Connect the record to XP, challenges, avatar progress, history, or OMD+ context where supported.

  4. 04

    Keep provider roles clear

Use the original provider for its own product experience and One More Day for the cross-habit mission and accountability layer.

03 / CAPABILITY MAP

What One More Day can support.

  • Apple Health connection
  • Apple Watch data through Apple Health and HealthKit
  • WHOOP connection
  • Strava connection
  • Manual logging when no supported connection is used

04 / HONEST BOUNDARIES

What this page does not promise.

  • One More Day is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, WHOOP, or Strava unless separately stated by those companies.
  • Garmin, Oura, Google Fit, Health Connect, and Fitbit must not be described as currently available integrations.
  • Connection availability, permissions, and data types can vary by platform and product release.

05 / QUESTIONS

Common questions about this use case.

01Is One More Day an alternative to WHOOP or Bevel?

It overlaps with health and recovery context but serves a different role: missions, food and gym logging, avatar progression, challenges, territory, and coaching around selected data. It does not replace a wearable's sensors or claim affiliation.

02Does it work with Apple Health and Apple Watch?

Apple Health is supported, and Apple Watch data can connect through Apple Health and HealthKit.

03Which integrations are not yet available?

Existing product materials list Garmin, Oura, Google Fit, Health Connect, and Fitbit as planned rather than available.
