How the arcade works

- 02Read the station prompt, then use the displayed controls to complete the short arcade task.
- 03Keep moving through the sequence and restart a round to try another run.
Inside the game
The circuit features SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls. Each station gives you an on-screen task before you move on. Read the prompt, time your inputs and tackle the next transition.
This short game format brings the station sequence into a browser session. Replay to get familiar with the flow, then switch to a city race or Flap & Flow for a different challenge. If you want an actual HYROX event, use the organizer's race listing and registration information.
