How the arcade works
- 01Select Calisthenics from the mission picker.
- 02Use the displayed control to steer through each moving gate.
- 03Stay in the flow, avoid misses, and restart whenever you want another attempt.
Inside the game
The character's pull-up animation gives each tap a clear visual response. Protein-shaker gates create the spaces you need to pass through. Read the next opening and time your input to keep moving without clipping the obstacles.
The challenge comes from timing and attention. Some difficulty settings make the openings move, changing the route from one moment to the next. Try a short round, adjust your rhythm and replay. Switch back to the mission hub when you want a city race, station circuit or Diet game.
