A fitness game where real habits move the world forward

One More Day turns the goals you choose into missions. Complete real actions, earn XP, reach levels, build streaks, unlock badges, and see a personal voxel avatar reflect consistency across more than one kind of health routine.

01 / WHY ONE MORE DAY

Because the result is built on ordinary days.

Many health apps are good at recording the past but weak at making the next action feel worth doing. One More Day adds a game loop around the data: a mission is clear before the action, progress changes when it is completed, and the next day arrives with continuity.

The game is not limited to intense exercise. Walking, meals, sleep, hydration, fasting, meditation, running, cycling, and gym sessions can all matter. That breadth lets the system fit a beginner, a regular gym member, an outdoor athlete, or someone rebuilding a routine.

02 / HOW IT FITS

A clear loop from intention to evidence.

    Choose goals

Select or create recurring health missions that fit your priorities and starting point.

  4. 04

    See the game respond

03 / CAPABILITY MAP

What One More Day can support.

  • Missions across movement, strength, nutrition, recovery, and mindfulness
  • XP, levels, streaks, badges, and a personal history
  • A voxel avatar tied to real consistency
  • Friend, open, team, and coach-led challenges
  • Solo play, social play, squads, and outdoor territory

04 / HONEST BOUNDARIES

What this page does not promise.

  • Game progress represents engagement with chosen goals, not a medical assessment or proof of health.
  • Rewards should not encourage unsafe exercise, restriction, or training through pain.
  • One More Day is in pre-launch; store availability and paid purchases are not live on this website.

05 / QUESTIONS

Common questions about this use case.

01What makes One More Day a fitness game?

Real actions become missions that earn XP and contribute to levels, streaks, badges, challenges, territory, and a voxel avatar rather than sitting only in a chart.

02Is it only a workout game?

No. Meals, sleep, hydration, fasting, meditation, and other health habits can progress the same game beside gym and outdoor activity.

03Can I play alone?

Yes. Social features are optional, and the mission, history, XP, streak, and avatar loop can be used as personal accountability.
