Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

OneMoreDay is provided by THE AIGNC L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates ("OneMoreDay", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). In these terms, "Company" also includes its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors. These terms apply when you use the OneMoreDay mobile app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility: 18 and over only

OneMoreDay is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us, including your date of birth or age, is true. If you are younger, do not use the Service. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend or delete any account we believe belongs to a minor. A parent or guardian cannot accept these terms on behalf of a minor.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Wellness, not medical advice; assumption of risk

OneMoreDay is a general wellness and fitness product. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Missions, scores, insights, estimates, and any AI-generated suggestions are for general wellness and motivation only, and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Estimates from AI, wearables, photos, and calculations can be wrong.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any activity, diet, fasting, training, or sleep change is right for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing exercise, diet, fasting, sleep, or supplementation, and particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, have an injury, or have a history of eating disorders. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, or may harm yourself, stop using the Service and contact your local emergency services.

You use the Service, and take part in physical activity, at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risks of injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or from acting on anything it shows you, and you release the Company from claims arising from them.

Your content, your data, and your approval of how it is processed

Your instruction and approval. You choose what to submit, such as photos, health and activity data, location, messages, voice, and files, and which features and connections to use. By submitting data or using a feature, you instruct and approve the processing, storage, transfer, and sharing described in these terms and in the Privacy Policy. That includes processing by third-party providers, storage on cloud infrastructure in other countries, and display to other users according to your settings. You may decline optional features, for example by choosing "Skip for now" instead of creating an avatar from a photo.

Third-party AI and infrastructure providers. To provide AI features we send your content to providers such as OpenAI, Google, and OpenRouter (and the models it routes to), and we store and deliver data through infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Bunny, Render, and Vercel. The Privacy Policy lists them and what each receives. These providers operate under their own terms and security. You accept the risks inherent in sending and storing data electronically and with such providers, including processing in countries with different data-protection laws.

Photos and files you submit. You confirm that every photo or file you submit shows you (not another person, and not anyone for whom you lack the right and consent), that you have all rights and permissions to submit it, and that it does not infringe or break any law. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for choosing to share it.

Machine-generated results. Avatars, estimates, plans, and answers are generated by machines and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unflattering. You are responsible for reviewing them and for how you use them. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, including nutrition estimates; do not rely on it where accuracy matters to your health or safety.

Health data and connected services

You may choose to connect third-party sources such as Apple Health, Apple Watch, WHOOP, Strava, Garmin, Google Health, or ChatGPT. Connecting a source is optional, you control what you connect, and you may disconnect it at any time. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or actions, or for what they do with data you choose to share with them. Disconnecting stops new data flowing; it does not control copies those services already hold. Where a provider is unavailable, rate limited, or returns incomplete data, parts of the Service may be delayed or incomplete.

Features available in ChatGPT are those already included in your plan; no purchase is offered there.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. On mobile, subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple's terms govern that purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices and plan contents may change; we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription where required.

Coach Pro

Coaches are independent of the Company. A coach is solely responsible for the programs, advice, and communications they give clients, for any licence or insurance their profession requires, and for the lawful basis and consents for the client data they handle. The Company is not a party to the coach and client relationship.

OMD Coins, missions, and challenges

The Service includes virtual items such as XP, missions, streaks, and OMD Coins. These are a licensed part of the Service for use inside OneMoreDay only. They have no monetary value, are not currency or property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service.

Challenges may involve committing OMD Coins to a pool that settles to participants according to the challenge rules. Results depend on activity data, which can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact. We may adjust, re-score, reverse, or void a result and any associated coins where a result was produced by an error, a data or provider failure, or conduct that breaks these terms. We may change or discontinue virtual items at any time.

Your content licence and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and adapt it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including generating your avatar and mission assets and sharing content you choose to share. You agree not to:

  • submit false, manipulated, or automated activity data, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage in challenges, rankings, streaks, or rewards;
  • upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or sexual content, images of other people without their consent, or any image of a minor;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate, or infringe the rights of other members;
  • attempt to access another account, disrupt the Service, bypass security or rate limits, or scrape it at scale; or
  • reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report unlawful content, and we have no duty to monitor. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report stories, messages, and profiles and block other members in the app; we review reports within 48 hours.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against claims, damages, losses, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content and your submission of it (including any claim that you lacked rights or consent); your breach of these terms or the law; your misuse of the Service; your dealings with other members, coaches, or third-party services; and any injury or loss you cause to anyone.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove parts of the Service, including restricting features in some countries. We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an as-is basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is offered only in the countries where we choose to launch and can meet local law.

Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting your account removes access to your history and to any virtual items, which are not refundable. Deleting your account also deletes the files stored for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may also write to us about anything else; we process verified requests within 30 days. We may suspend or end access where you break these terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect members or the Service.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and that data will never be lost, corrupted, intercepted, or accessed without authorisation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, earnings, or virtual items, or for any harm arising from AI output, wearable or photo estimates, third-party providers, third-party services, other members, coaches, or your reliance on any of them; and (b) the Company's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service and these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid the Company in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. These limits apply to every legal theory, including contract, tort (including negligence), and statute, even if we were told of the possibility of the loss, and are an essential basis of this agreement.

Data and security

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for unauthorised access to or disclosure of data caused by third-party providers, by your device or credentials, by your own sharing choices, or by events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for keeping your device, accounts, and credentials secure.

Rights that cannot be limited

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence; for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it to be excluded; or any right you have as a consumer or data subject under mandatory law in your country, or our own statutory duties to regulators. In those cases the protections above apply only to the extent the law allows. If any provision is unenforceable in a place, it applies to the greatest extent permitted there and the rest of these terms stay in force.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are brought on an individual basis and not as a class or collective action.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated terms here and revise the date above, and provide additional notice where required by law. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms. These terms are in English; translations may be added where the law requires.
